Kyrv Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Kyrv purchase. If you change your mind about your order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@kyrv.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions for returning your order.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Items should be returned in their original condition. You may handle and try on clothing as you reasonably would in a shop, but we may reduce a refund where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit.

For approved cancellations, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery originally paid. The cost of returning an unwanted item is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or where applicable, receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.
