SHIPPING POLICY

Kyrv Shipping Policy

We aim to get your Kyrv order to you as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY

Orders placed through the Kyrv website are fulfilled using our fulfilment partner and delivered by the available delivery service selected at checkout.

Standard UK delivery is FREE.

Estimated delivery time for UK orders is 2–3 working days after your order has been processed for fulfilment.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, adverse weather or other unforeseen events.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed promptly after they are placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot guarantee that an order can be redirected once it has entered the fulfilment or delivery process.

If you believe you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kyrv.co.uk.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@kyrv.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

At present, Kyrv delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
